I used a Minute Key kiosk for the first time and it was super easy! The prompts walked me through each step and it was a really efficient way to get key copies made. I will definitely use this for all my future key copy needs.

I went to Lowe's to get a key copied for my business. I had them make 2 copies. Got back to the business and neither copy worked. Tried Minute Key at Walmart, both copies worked flawlessly.

This company accepted a call out from progressive, left me high and dry 2 hours later stranded with a flat. No communication, of course same feedback provided to progressive. Don’t accept the call if you can’t follow through. Terrible!!!

I got a flat tire while working for Uber and their roadside assist sent me to them. App said 80 minute wait. I waited 90 minutes, then called Uber. Uber said they had trouble with directions (they're in E Ridge & I'm on Brainerd Rd?) & it would be 30 more minutes. Then I got a call from Chris Harp who said they'd be here in "18 minutes." Since being patient had cost me almost 2 hours, when 20 minutes passed I called again and they were "out in Ooltewah." I told them I was told 18 minutes just 20 minutes ago, and they rudely said, "oh well I guess I'll just cancel that call then." Now, 40 minutes later, I'm waiting on the new provider for Uber. Total time they wasted before real help was on the way = 2.5 hours.
